We work with your budget to select the perfect gem and metals to turn your dreams into reality. Meet with us virtually or in person to share your ideas, and together we can create the perfect piece of jewellery for you.
All rings are made to order please allow 4-6 weeks UK delivery time, 6-8 weeks international delivery time. We can create this design to a specific budget, gem stone or metal choice. Please send your enquiry to our team and we will be delighted to assist you in finding the perfect diamond to meet your budget.
Useful Information
Refunds & Returns
As each item is 'made to order' we cannot accept refunds or exchanges, unless the item is faulty. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty item please contact us within seven days of receipt to notify us of the problem. The item should be returned using a trackable insured shipping service. It should be securely packaged and you should also include a note of your name, dispatch address, email address and order number.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product please send an email request to info@griffin-of-london.co.uk and send your item to: Griffin London 42 South Molton Street Mayfair London W1k 5RW by a trackable insured shipping method. We will notify you when your item is dispatched.
UK Delivery
Each piece is made to order in our London workshop. Delivery times can vary so please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. All Griffin of London jewellery is sent to you fully insured, so you can be confident that your purchase is in safe hands.

International Delivery
Griffin of London jewellery can be sent anywhere in the world via FedEx. Please contact us for more information on prices and timings. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the client.
