Returns - Made To Order Products

As each item is 'made to order' we cannot accept refunds or exchanges, unless the item is faulty. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty item please contact us within seven days of receipt to notify us of the problem. The item should be returned using a trackable insured shipping service. It should be securely packaged and you should also include a note of your name, dispatch address, email address and order number.

Exchanges - Made To Order Products

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product please send us an email request to info@griffin-of-london.co.uk and send your item to: Griffin London 42 South Molton Street Mayfair London W1K 5RW by a trackable insured shipping method. We will notify you when your item is dispatched.

Return, Exchanges & Refunds - NHS Collection Products

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if this is not the case then we will be happy to refund you. You will not be able to return any goods if they have been worn or have had the security tag removed.

To arrange your refund, please contact our showroom within three working days of delivery. This can be done either by phone on 0207 493 2648 or by emailing: enquiries@griffin-of-london.co.uk.

Having contacted the showroom, the piece should be sent back with the original packaging with a copy of the invoice. Once this has been received by our team we will get in touch to arrange your refund.

We recommend you send all returns through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Alternatively, you can bring your items to our South Molton Street store, in person.

If you wish to exchange, please email us with your preferred item and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.

 

Please note that we will not be able to send the new items until we have received your original return, and if a refund for the difference is due this will be processed.

UK Delivery

Each piece is made to order in our London workshop, delivery times can vary so please allow 4-6 weeks. Special delivery is charged at £10.00 All Griffin of London jewellery is sent to you fully insured, so you can be confident that your purchase is in safe hands.

International Delivery

Griffin of London jewellery can be sent anywhere in the world via FedEx. Please contact us for more information on prices and timings. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the client.

Ring Sizing

Our rings are listed in the metric size system rather than the traditonal UK letter version, giving a far more accurate fitting. The numbers relate to the inside circumference of the ring (52mm, 54mm). A sizing comparison chart is listed below.
